Dante Di Loreto, President of Ryan Murphy Television, has produced for television, film and Broadway. Programs produced by Di Loreto have been nominated for a total of 52 Emmy® Awards. Notable among these are Glee, American Horror Story, and Temple Grandin.Di Loreto also serves as executive producer of the Glee albums and oversees music production in the series. Since Glee hit the airwaves, the show has racked up two Platinum albums as well as three Gold albums, two Grammy Award nominations, has sold more than 42 million songs and more than 12 million albums worldwide and is continuing to build on its record for most entries on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, surpassing Elvis Presley, The Beatles and James Brown.Di Loreto executive produced the HBO film, Temple Grandin, with Claire Danes, Julia Ormond and Catherine O’Hara, which chronicled a young woman’s struggle with autism. Temple Grandin was nominated for 15 EmmyAwards and won 7 including Outstanding Made-For-TV Movie. He also produced My Louisiana Sky for SHOWTIME starring Juliet Lewis and Kelsey Keel, which was nominated for 5 Emmy Awards.Previously, Di Loreto supervised U.S. theatrical operations for Bill Kenwright, Ltd., the U.K’s largest production company. He co-produced the Broadway revival of The Glass Menagerie starring Jessica Lange, Christian Slater and Sarah Paulson as well as Sir Antony Sher’s Primo and Festen starring Juliana Margulies and Ali McGraw.Die Mommie, Die!, produced by Di Loreto took home the Sundance Film Festival’s Special Jury Prize. The film starred Charles Busch as a fallen pop diva in an ode to the Ross Hunter-style big-screen soaps of the 60’s.&nbsp;Di Loreto holds an M.F.A from the American Film Institute and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
